Dolcetta Artisan Sweets' chocolates and confections are handcrafted in small batches in Seattle using the best ingredients to create exquisite bonbons, delightful chocolate bars, melt-in-your-mouth truffles and more.
Founder, Andrea combines European couverture chocolates with premium pure fresh ingredients like Oregon hazelnuts, bourbon vanilla beans, high fat butter and top shelf liqueurs. She takes extra steps like candying fresh orange peel for her 72% candied orange chocolate bars.
Andrea is a Seattle native who grew up on Dad's home grown produce, Mom's excellent cooking, and Grandma's from-scratch baking. The kitchen has always been her happy place. In 2014, she became a business owner, choosing to focus on chocolate.
Andrea believes food is not only a basic need but has the power to unite and heal. She's traveled extensively and has been touched by people around the world sharing food no matter how little they have. She wants to use my powers for good, so Dolcetta Artisan Sweets is a Social Purpose Corporation, donating 5% of sales to Food Lifeline in support of Washington's food banks.
